Please note that our parts are locally manufactured and should fit most of the small plant equipment supplied by Concrete Works and most of the major leading retailers across Southern Africa. Our products are manufactured from locally sourced EN8 and EN9 material and steel.

Optimal Specifications

The generators and generator welders come in a range of sizes and options in terms of an engine. Please specify the following to assist us in quoting you correctly:

Recommended KVA rating, what power tools or devices you intent to use on the generators, Voltage regulation in terms of AVR protection, fuel requirements for the engine and electric or pull start motor.

Optimal Speed

The optimal speed of the motor should run in the region of 2850 to 3000 revolutions per minute. Once exceeding the 3000 rpm range the life expectancy of the alternator assembly and bearings are drastically reduced.
